• Getting Started with CTMod

Download CTMod

• Head to the Downloads page and download the latest CTMod on the supported platform of your choice. Unzip the project to the location of your choice and access it.

• Run the executable file (on windows: ctmod.exe) and become familiar with the game and it's data. Look at the directories that contain assets: gfx, audio, json, and maps. The data within these directories may be modified or you may insert your own data.

Download Tiled Map Editor

• CTMod's map system is powered by Tiled Map Editor. Download and install Tiled and start editing the game maps (.TMJ, .TMX).

• Open and edit the map files from the the CTMod maps directory with Tiled.

Supported Filetypes

• GFX: PNG

• AUDIO: OGG, MOD, XM, IT, S3M

• JSON: JSON text data

• Maps: Tiled Map data (TMX, TMJ)
